ECESAC is a student-led organization made up of passionate ECE undergraduates from all class years. Our structure is designed to balance leadership, collaboration, and impact, ensuring that every project we take on is well-organized and student-focused. The committee is led by the following:
Lead the committee by setting agendas, coordinating projects, and serving as the primary point of contact between ECESAC and the ECE department administration. They guide the strategic direction of the committee and ensure alignment with student needs.
Leads the planning of events that promote academic success and intellectual curiosity, such as the Technical Electives Fair, Research Fair, and faculty panels. This role helps connect students with valuable resources and learning opportunities across the department.
Fosters community within ECE by organizing fun, inclusive events like Big Sib/Little Sib, Mental Health Check-ins, and seasonal socials. This chair supports student well-being by creating spaces to relax, connect, and recharge.
Oversees all publicity for ECESAC-sponsored events, including flyer design, social media promotion, and creative outreach. This role ensures that students stay informed, involved, and excited about what's happening in the department.
Keeps ECESAC organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include tracking attendance, recording meeting notes, submitting room reservation requests, and maintaining internal documentation.
